Fred Richardson - AAMS®, President, Registered Principal & Financial Advisor
With over 35 years of experience in corporate and private finance he is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist and the Founder & President of Zia Financial Group. Fred has passed the FINRA Series 7, 66 and 24 financial services examinations and holds a Life and Disability Insurance license from the state of New Mexico.
Fred is also happily married to his wife Eileen and they have seven children. Both Eileen and Fred are very active in the Eldorado/285 corridor community.
His true talent is the ability to help clients identify their personal objectives (retirement, college for kids, estate planning, etc) and then help them develop the plan that will allow them to reach their financial goals.

Jessica Bicoll - CFP®, Financial Advisor
Jessica Bicoll began her career in the financial industry upon her move to Santa Fe in 1998. Having graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, she brings professional communication skills into her financial practice. Jessica progressed through the industry from an entry level position at Thornburg Investment Management to her current independent role as a Certified Financial Planner with Zia Financial Group & LPL Financial. From this strong foundation, she hopes to help families, businesses and individuals plan for a comfortable and stable financial future.
